The factory uses unique equipment. The process scheme includes the whole production cycle:

• From the design and fabrication of raw materials to the end products.
• The production at Orthosys, is of the highest quality and complies with all modern requirements.
• The Quality Management System is implemented at the plant and it conforms to the International Standards.

Designers and production engineers work together with physicians to develop a new assortment of products required in the modern market. Experienced engineers use advanced systems of 3D and CAD layout to implement innovative solutions.

The basis of its production is its innovative knitting and weaving Swiss machinery. Shed workers are regularly trained by JAKOB MÜLLER A.G. Engineers and technicians continually develop and use advanced materials.

Materials made at the knitting-weaving shed arrive at the automatic CNC cutting area where experienced staff cut parts and prepare products to enter the Sewing shop where end products are made.

In accordance with the compulsory procedures defined by our standards quality control is implemented in 3 stages: on-receipt, thorough inspection and final inspection.

All materials used during the manufacturing stages are screened and the quality is monitored at every stage. All end products are tested for quality before the units arrive in the Packing room.
